ABOUT

MythScape is a 2D role-playing video game. You play as Rumi, the main character, who is on a journey with her sister, Misa, to explore the different worlds through the portals, solve different kinds of puzzles and fight various enemies.

The game is heavily inspired by Undertale and Touhou Project.

Rumi and Misa character artwork is created by me. The cave music and battle music are composed by me. Other creators of the assets are mentioned in the game's end credits.

PLOT

Two sisters ended up entering a mysterious portal that transported them to an unknown cave. They somehow gained powers and have to fight various monsters in order to escape. Will they ever get back home?

NOTE

This game is for my University project. The game only has one chapter for now and I'm still contemplating whether to continue the game or not.

UPDATE LOG

Version 1.1:

• Fixed player getting stuck on the corner of the talking rock
• Fixed player sticking to walls in Platformer levels
• New controls for attacking and jumping for WASD users (will try to work on player input customization)
• a little easter egg - what happens if you don't progress the game and stay in the first screen for 1 minute? try that yourself :)
